Our machinery consists of 10 horizontal hone machines with a diameter of 1,5 to 85 mm and a hone length of 200 mm. Beside these, we have the disposal of 3 vertical hone machines for diameters or 20 to 450 m and a maximal hone length or 2000 mm.

For honing of bigger lengths, we have 10 horizontal hone machines to our disposal with a maximal hone size up Ø 1660 mm and a maximal hone length of 15000 mm.

IIf it is possible to hone the product from two sides, we are even able to handle tubes up to a length of 28000 mm.

We also dispose of our own tool manufacture department where we can turn, mill, grind, saw, weld and solder. This way we are able to produce our own tools within short time, to adapt them or to repair them in order to guarantee also in future our times of delivery as much as possible.

Logistically seen, we dispose of 4 pieces of 10-tons overhead cranes, two fork lift trucks (2,5 and 5 T) and an 4 self developed hydraulic loading/unloading system due to which we are able, (however limited to certain dimensions) to unload and to work up to hone pieces up to 100 t.
